I got your back, my back.

Didn't wanna talk much about it becox i'm just really afraid that it will make it worst haha. But i've been getting really bad back pain and sometimes the pain at my lower back is so sharp, i can't move for until it sort of slots back into a more comfortable position. And i am very very scared that i'd get slipped-disc if i continue this bad posture thing at the computer.
Like half of my life is on the computer maybe. Haha. Plus ah.. I go fortune-teller twice, twice also she tell me to watch out for my spinal cord if not i will get serious problem as i grow older. She doesn't know what i do for a living lah so there's no way she would have guessed that i think.

So this is a note to myself that i am very very determined to maintain good posture whenever i remember and whenever i can haha.

So!!! I got a waist support cushion for a start right. Next, Josh got me a back cushion. Then. I bought a back and shoulder brace like a few days back. Then two days after that, i buy a orthopedic (i also don't know what this word means lolol) portable seat support. So far, they have all helped me in one way or another. But the only thing is that now when i work at the computer, i looks like i'm going to war. Back and shoulder brace, waist support cushion tied around my waist, sitting on some weird seat support, with a back cushion behind me. Lol. The chair is getting more and more crowded.

Anyway i really wanna introduce the BackJoy to you all lah. Doesn't matter you young or old. You sit on it, with and without, you can tell the difference one. Now that i've tried sitting WITH BackJoy, then i try to sit WITHOUT it, i can really feel my tailbone touching whatever surface i am sitting on. It's like i've always thought it's normal but it's not. It's not.

You see this video you'd understand. Human are just not designed to sit. But lifestyle changes over the years make us sit more and more, in our car, in front of the computer, at work, at school, eat food etc. We're all sitting sitting sitting. So you watch this video you'd understand lah! If you have back problems, or if you want to prevent back problem, to make it not get worst and to make it better from here, get yourself a backjoy or anything that can help make your back problem better lah. I bought it for $64+ at Guardian. Guardian is by far the only place i saw got sell. I think last time Watson got sell also i'm not sure. But i got mine at Guardian at Funan IT Mall, it only comes in orange and pink =_= I got the orange one cox just in case i can share with Josh but if it's just for yourself you can get the below 55kg one. I also bought the iZest posture vest from Guardian (Centre Point) for $178.

A look through the menu and i already know Josh will like it, cox it's a lot of beef beef beef. Haha. They use Japanese Black Wagyu, airflow daily to them so you know you're getting it fresh! =D And you can see lah, the prices is quite reasonable for something this premium! Got $15 / $22 onwards.

If you wanna try different parts of the cow, or if you want a good mixture of pork and beef, you can always order a set menu! It's more worth it plus you get to try different parts!!!

Ah Josh and Monokey both especially love this part of the cow. It's of the lightest pink one. I think if you go you have to try this!

OKAY THIS. THIS IS A MUST MUST MUST TRY!!! =DDD It's some pork marinated overnight in a pot. And i love it so much cox it's sooooo soft and juicy and super duper yummy!!!

Erm after we are done i ask for one more pot of the marinated pork cox too nice to just have one!
So just BBQ the pork lor haha. Nothing else.
Ice cream =DDD I recommend the mochi vanilla one omg the mochi skin is sooooo thin and chewy and soft!!! =DDD And the goma (black sesame) ice cream smells damn good also!
Come with your buddy or big group of friends or family also can ah! =D

Hi Qiuting, I had a friend who has a back problem like you and couldn't get it cured until one day she went for Chiropractic therapy. And she got so much better. Hope you don't end up with scoliosis Qiu. I have it, it's horrible and my chiro said that back braces and support only make your back worse. They will keep you straight enough to prevent any further movement in your spine but it will make your back super weak because it will depend on support. Exercise to strengthen your back instead! It's what I'm doing although it's too late for me, hope it's not for you!

OOOOO everything look so yummy~ I think i ate so much korean BBQ lately but i never seem the raw meat can look so yummy cuz of all the seasoning it has on it. makes me hungry now.. haha

Anyway, my main point is if you want to improve your back pain problem, probably you might want to go and consult a chiroprator. It really helps but of course it takes time to see the result.

I often get back aches too, more from a backbone problem BUT...I found some stretches that really help relieve back pain, sometimes even severe pain in my case.

1) Lie on your back, tuck your knees to your chest and roll from side to side
2) Child pose from yoga
3) Put like a towel roll right where your spine joins the hip, and raise your hands above your head and stretch.
4)Planking :P
